Description

GenBank to Fasta Converter is a a freeware molecular biology tool that can convert GenBank (gb/gbk) file format to FASTA format.

How to use it

Start GenBank to Fasta Converter Converter module (located in DNA Baser). Locate the GBK files you want to convert and press the CONVERT button. A folder called 'Converted files' will be automatically created to store the new generated FASTA files.

GenBank to Fasta Converter can run on any version of Windows from Windows 98 to Windows 7 and also on Mac via Parallels or Bootcamp. It does not install additional libraries, updates, DLL, Java or registry keys into your system.
