SEQUENCE ASSEMBLY

DNA Baser has three assembly functions, one dealing with single contig assembly and two with automatic (batch) contig assembly. The batch assembly tools will assemble sequences into contigs either based on a name pattern or on the grouping of sequences in subfolders.
