Redistribution agreement for affiliates and web sites that offer our software for download
All content related to our software/web site is copyrighted. Before publishing such content on your web site you need to obtain our explicit permission.
You need to ask our permission in order to use our brand/reputation to attract visitors. This request must be sent through mail (don’t confuse with e-mail) and must contain your signature. You must clearly indicate the web page (location on your web site) where you intend to place the information about our software/company.
Redistribution is subject to the following restrictions:
You need to clearly indicate who is the owner of the software and to place a deep link ('nofollow' links are not accepted) to our web site's main page. Information about our software (title, screenshots, description and links to our web site) must be present in the same page. You need our permission if you want to place commercial ads (like Google Ads) in the page that contains our product's keywords, title, description. You need to keep the information up to date (you need to update it at least 3 times per year). You cannot create a 'download mirror' for our binary. You cannot cache our web site content. You cannot create a 'download mirror' for our software screenshots. You need to link to the screenshots posted on our web site. Under no circumstances you will create a wrapper around our binary files. If you get caught you will have to pay the full price of our software (about $800) for each download you had. Altered binary versions can be distributed only with our permission for a fee and must be plainly marked as such, and must not be misrepresented as being the original. If you review our software we have the rights to intervene and suggest you changes (if it is the case). This notice must be included in all re-distribution of our material you make. This notice may not be altered. Above rules applies also to the XML-PAD files.
Writing a review
The liberty of speech gives you the right to write any review. However, if you want to publish ANY copyrighted material (software description, screenshots, etc) you need to allows us to suggest you changes and corrections where you misunderstood or misused the features. In case you make any comparison or reference to a concurrent product we can also intervene if you forgot to mention some important features (by omission you may look our software to be less competitive than the concurrent one). But no matter how you write your review you need to clearly specify the owner of the software and to link to us.
