Batch sequence processing
DNA Sequence Assembler - embedded tools
The Batch Sequence Processing tool automates the sequence processing job. It can apply the following operations to the specified samples:
- trim untrusted ends
- remove vectors
- convert to miscellaneous formats (SCF, ABI, FASTA, SEQ, etc).
The output will be saved in the 'Converted' folder, which will be created in current folder.
This tool is located in DNA Baser under the 'Tools --> Batch sequence processing' menu. This menu is inactive (disable) if no sequences have been loaded into the JOB LIST:
